The HARVEST Is Plentiful But The Workers Are Few

• This pillar of our HARP approach is inspired by the biblical reference Matthew 9:37-38. It commands a proactive approach to engaging with the “ripe fields” of Ireland, symbolizing readiness for spiritual renewal and growth.  The Bridge & Staff Internships provide the hands and feet to Churches that are charging into the Harvest Field.
• Bridge & Staff Internship is a bridge that connects the Church in US with churches in Ireland, and across Europe. The mission is to resource those churches, with interns that are trained and equipped to be a resource, and a blessing, wherever they are placed.
• In Mark 6:8-9, Jesus commissioned his disciples to go out and do ministry taking “nothing for the road except a walking stick.” Our vision is that like those disciples, these interns would walk in their calling and trust that God will provide for them through his people.
• We guide, train, and prepare potential interns so that when they are fully funded, they are able to take confident steps of faith, knowing that God has given them vision & calling, He has equipped them, and He will keep his promise of growing His Church.
